The Master Plan for the Southwest Chapter for 2004

Our desirable results (Goal)

1. Increase participation of chapter events
   1. Educational training session - one
   2. Combine with Kalamazoo session
   3. Participation from credit unions currently not participating.
   4. One new employee from each credit union – new blood.

Our Strategies

1. Call on CEO’s to get them to support the Chapter & encourage involvement from their staff.

Action steps and timelines

1. Begin planning by next year exec meeting.

• Contact Chapter Execs by October 2003
• Call non-participating credit union two weeks prior to next meeting, change meeting to meet their schedule.
• Get with each credit union on committee and have them invite one person.
